5 stars! I wasn’t sure what to expect…But Adrian went above and beyond my expectations. This is such a do again! I encourage everyone to do this! I went threw a ton of emotions going threw this escape. . . It was so much more then just a fun night to get together with your friends…It challenged you, helped you learn about eachothers strengths and weakness, it also taught us we had to listen to each other, and know our surroundings. To work together.. it also makes you swear like a truck driver to be honest!! Lol It was so awesome! Things you never thought could exist in this place..did. It totally brought you to a whole new world! It was a f—– blast!
Our group felt challenged the whole way through, we had so much fun working together as a team…so weird that no single person stood out as the smartest. We will definitely do the next locked room design and will recommend this adventure to all of our friends!
Such a fantastic activity! Very interactive and challenges you to think outside the box! Definitely a great place to start a date night or go to do something fun with your friends. Will definitely be coming back soon and recommending to my friends!

First time in an experience like this and i loved it! So much fun! I would prob do it with only 4-6 ppl max though otherwise it gets a bit crowded in the room. (We did it with 8). Hope to see this place grow in size and popularity!
Super fun! A lot more challenging than we were anticipating! If you’re on the fence on whether you think it will be money well spent don’t be. It’s amazing!
He loved it so much he wants to work there. It was challenging yet doable; the game left you with enough to make you want to come back for more. We will defiantly be back to see the other challenges and get good enough to complete them. This is a new fresh idea that Saskatoon needed to compliment our growth. My guess is there will be a line up soon. Thanks for the great adventure!

Great staff, upbeat, cool, helpful people! Went as a group of 5, I didn’t know what to expect. Creepy, interesting atmosphere and the puzzles were really well done complimenting the story & leading to the next clue. A real life suspenseful-detective video game, this is much more rewarding in real-time and with friends. Challenging, memorable and fun, we’ll be back for the new games!
This was so much fun! Really challenging and makes you think. It’s so rewarding to figure out the puzzles and so frustrating when you can’t figure it out because you missed something haha. The awesome people here are also really helpful and have an amazing sense of humor. They really add to the amazing atmosphere. Can’t wait to go again!
We were able to go in with a mother daughter team to try the Marilyn room. Sadly we did not make it out… but we sure had fun trying! The puzzles are challenging and fun. It’s exciting when you solve a clue and are able to move onto the next. It was fun to be able to work with people we didn’t know too! We will definately be going back to try the other rooms!!!
“Awesome! ” Went just as 2, for paired up with another group of two and a group of 3. For a bunch of strangers, it was awesome to work together and solve the mystery! Can’t wait for the other rooms to open!
We all talked about it all night after. Can’t wait until the next room opens. We will be back! Great time! Great puzzles. It wasn’t easy.
It was such an wonderful way to spend our anniversary. I highly recommend Deadlock Escape. Anyone who loves to be challenged, likes puzzles or mysteries would love this. Absolutely worth the money. I will definitely be back for every new scenario they come up with. What a refreshing thing to have in Saskatoon!
Well today my husband and I spent an hour of my birthday at Deadlock escape and we had a blast , he even screamed like a girl lol , Thank you so much Adrian you made my birthday wish a reality , keep up the awesome work and we look forward to visiting again soon and trying another room, hopefully we will have our thinking caps on this time lol

My husband and I have been looking for a new and different date night for awhile and this was awesome!! It made us think, it was such a challenge and so fun to meet new people and work with them to get ourselves out of there. I will be going back for sure!
The highlight of my month!s This was a fun and challenging experience for our group of eight friend. It really brought the group together, we had a ton of laughs, and even got third place! “Team SWT Ruckers”. Thanks so much! We will be back again for the opening of your new room.
Full stars! We absolutely loved our time here! We are eagerly awaiting for the next room. The only suggestion I would give is with the smell match game. It would have been better if the smells were more distinct. We had a hard time differentiating three of the containers and it was such a cool idea for a puzzle. Other than that it was fabulous! We are excited for the haunted cellar!
What an amazing activity! We were a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 youth), and everyone’s ideas or actions contributed to the game. It was a fun way to spend a Saturday evening together! I would recommend doing this with people you know. I think knowing the people and being able to communicate is what led to our success! Can’t wait for the new rooms to open up!! AMAZING JOB!!!!

Met the creator of the rooms it was explained that its just going to get better by the room. If thats the case I am so excited and nervous at the same time. Well done. Amazing. Left me wanting more.
Just test played Dead Man’s Hand at Deadlock Escape and it was some of the most fun that I’ve ever had! One of their more challenging rooms, but definitely worth a try if you think you’re up to the challenge tongue emoticon I would recommend having a group of at least 4 people. It works best if you work well together, unless butting heads is your thing haha. Thanks for a great time! We will be back!
Had an amazing time trying out their new room, Dead Man’s Hand! The puzzles definitely make you think, and sometimes it’s best to not think too hard on the solution. Absolutely enjoyed the different types and levels of puzzles, and going into the room with people you work well with to solve those puzzles is also another bonus! 🙂 Can’t wait to try our hand at the other room, Missing Marilyn!

Deadlock Escape… Wow. This place was phenomenal. I was so into it. I cannot wait for more. Definitely challenging and worth every penny. Staff was awesome. And it was exactly what I wanted!!

Honestly, Marilyn was my first room ever. I had no experience with any of your competitors until recently. You have amazing rooms! Akira does rock it! And deadlock is the place to go for room escapes in Saskatoon!! I cannot express how much fun I have had in both your Marilyn and Shanghai rooms! Your rooms are second to none. Each room is so specifically laid out and well planned. Players know which order the puzzles come in and yet it is still such a challenge! I have fallen in love, I cannot wait for your next room to open! (Please, soon!) -a deadlock addict

This an absolutely amazing experience! To find each clue you definitely need to work together and, if possible, go with a group of people. These are not easy riddles to solve and the less people you have the harder and more challenging it is. We went as a couple but were joined by a group of 4, which was great because we definitely wouldn’t have been able to unlock the door in 60 minutes otherwise! Well worth the money and time. I will definitely be back for the next scenario they set up!
I love that we have room escapes in the city now! So much fun! A great evening out!
My friend and I took our daughters (16 & 15) as part of a Mother-Daughter weekend. We had never been to anything like it before, so was not sure what to expect. We were thrilled and amazed!! It was a brilliant experience, and we discussed another trip back as we walked out of the building! This is definitely worth the trip to Saskatoon and we are so glad we made it a part of our weekend! It gave us memories and laughs that will last us all a lifetime! THANK YOU!! If you decide to open another in Regina, we are SO there!!! 🙂
Such a great experience – a group of us did the Missing Marilyn room; a lot of fun and maybe a minor thrill or two (at one point we did all scream.. a room with 8 screaming girls, was great!) – cannot wait to try out the second room and whatever else is unveiled in the future. Better then the one I tried in Kelowna – way more things in the room to figure out, very helpful when stuck, found it more challenging (can’t say more then that) had a great time, coming back in a few weeks for a christmas party – excited
Monday, 4 January 2016 2:52 PM Our group was in Shanghai Lockup. It was a blast! This is a great way to hang out with friends…so much better than going to a movie. We will definitely do this again! Although we didn’t have kids with us I would say this is a family friendly activity for the average family. The puzzles would likely be too difficult for very young children but I think 10 years+ would be just fine with help from adults. There were no inappropriate or scary images that I can remember.
December 14 at 2:39pm · Just tried this out last night with The Boys. Tried the Shanghai room, and felt the addiction immediately. Tried the Marilyn room, and struggled. Crazy, complicated, confusing and killer. All in all, I’m glad I wore my thinking cap (Seriously, I was in the Sherlock Holmes Deerstalker hat). I think it helped.
Monday, 7 December 2015 The Mosaic group of 11 really enjoyed the escape rooms. The Marilyn room, told a fantastic story with the clues being just the right amount of challenge. We would recommend this for team building or any corp. event. It is something new and different! thank you
